Spacious and comfortable 2-bedroom geo-thermally heated apartments set around our sunny courtyard. Fully furnished and self-contained including: Queen bed in main bedroom, 2 single beds in second bedroom, and a sofa bed in the lounge - to sleep 6 people. Comes with 32" LCD TV with 6 channel Sky TV and a DVD player, a full kitchen including microwave and under counter fridge/freezer, and has a separate bathroom with shower, toilet and vanity. Ground-floor, non-smoking apartments with outside table and chairs, and off-street parking by the door.

Large Family Suite with Massage Shower/Spa
Very large Family Suite (Ex owners cottage), geo-thermally heated with Massage shower / spa. Two large bedrooms with a Queen bed in the main bedroom, plus a single bed in the room off of that - and a Queen bed and a single bed in the second bedroom. Comes with a modern kitchen with full size fridge/freezer, oven, microwave and 6 seater table and chairs, a 3 piece suite and a 42" Plasma TV with 6 Sky channels + DVD player. A non-smoking ground floor apartment with its own private, covered veranda with table & chairs, and with off-street parking outside. Minimum stay two nights.

Terms & Conditions
- Check in is between 2pm and 8pm on the arrival day and check out is by 10am on the departure day. Early / late check in, or late check out, is by prior arrangement only.
- Unless already made, payment for all accommodation is due in full on the day of arrival.
- No visitors in the apartments after 10pm.
- Any damage to the room or motel property may be charged to your account, plus a further charge for any consequential loss of income.
- Smoking is not allowed in any of the units. If you do smoke you may be charged for any necessary cleaning / lost income.
- No bycicles, or bike parts, allowed in the apartments (We provide a secure bike store)
- NO PETS are allowed. sorry
- Cancellations made within 72 hours before check in time on the arrival day will be charged in full, unless the booking can be on sold.
- Guests are encouraged to take out travel insurance to protect themselves from the unexpected.
- Group booking terms are negotiated individually at the time of booking.
